Crocs is a globally recognised footwear brand known for its bold, playful identity. I worked on enhancing the e-commerce experience through continuous design improvements across the website, focusing on usability, engagement, and conversion.

Using behavioural insights and UX audits, I identified areas where users struggled — particularly in filtering, navigation, and PDP clarity. These insights informed improvements to structure, layout, and interaction patterns.
