The objective was to create a high-performance digital experience that mirrors the brand’s focus on innovation and athletic excellence. I focused on simplifying user flows, improving speed-to-product, and enhancing the overall shopping journey.

I conducted UX audits and analysed behavioural data to uncover friction points in product discovery, filtering, and checkout flows. Insights highlighted the need for clearer hierarchy, faster navigation, and more efficient user journeys.
